The company’s mission is to achieve this in accordance with the highest quality standards, through the work of qualified and stable personnel, while protecting and caring for the environment.

With customer needs in mind, we strive to earn their long-term trust and provide them with high-quality goods and services, becoming a reliable partner for both current and future clients. This is supported by the Integrated Quality Management System implemented and effectively functioning within the company, including HACCP (certified according to Codex Alimentarius), the IFS standard, and the BRC standard. We maintain long-term relationships with our suppliers, who meet our requirements specified in mutually accepted specifications. All employees are responsible for the quality of their work and operate in accordance with well-established GHP and GMP principles. Our company’s development is based on preventing non-conformities rather than correcting them, with preventive actions forming the foundation of our approach.

In our continuous pursuit of development and improvement, we define strategic objectives whose implementation is monitored through internal audits and management reviews:

  • Maintaining a strong market position, increasing sales, and expanding domestic and international markets.

  • Engaging employees at all levels in preventive, improvement, and efficiency-enhancing activities.

  • Improving occupational health and safety conditions and minimizing the risk of accidents.

  • Building a stable workforce through investment in training and opportunities for professional development.

  • Optimizing the use of production space, facilities, machinery, and equipment, while ensuring their good technical and hygienic condition.

  • Controlling processes and products at a level that guarantees compliance with established requirements and minimizes the risk of complaints.

  • Further creating and strengthening the company’s positive image as a strong, stable enterprise operating at the highest quality standards.

The Management Board declares that the principles of the Quality and Food Safety Policy are implemented, understood, and observed by all employees. At the same time, we commit ourselves to achieving the defined strategic objectives.
