MITMAR Sp. z o.o. is an experienced producer and distributor of frozen and chilled meat – pork, beef, and poultry. We have been in operation since 1995, and since then, we have been constantly developing our offer, adapting it to market needs and customer expectations.
Our activities include the deboning of pork cuts and heads, as well as the production of mechanically separated meat (MSM) and offal. We have our own logistics warehouses – including cold storage facilities, blast freezing chambers, and professional packaging lines – which allow us to maintain the highest quality standards and delivery flexibility.
- Storage: our cold storage facilities offer approximately 10,000 pallet spaces, ensuring safe product storage at optimal temperatures.
- Blast Freezing: we handle up to 40,000 product units annually, providing a fast and secure freezing process.
- Trade: we sell and export up to 80,000 units per year, meeting the demands of the global market.

MITMAR operates as part of the FOOD HUB J.S.C. — a leader in the meat and vegetable processing industry in Poland. The Group includes FOOD HUB J.S.A.., KWIDZYN J.S.A. in Kwidzyn, and other entities cooperating in the production and distribution of food products.
We build customer trust by maintaining certified quality management systems (HACCP, IFS, BRC) and by rigorously selecting suppliers based on detailed, mutually agreed specifications. Our qualified staff regularly undergo training in Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
