The administrator of your personal data, i.e., the entity deciding on the purpose and method of processing your personal data, is MITMAR Sp. z o.o. based in Głowno (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Company will process the following personal data you provide: first name, last name, phone number, and e-mail address. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling the inquiry you submitted via the contact form on our websites. Processing of personal data for this purpose is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e., on your consent to the processing of personal data. In cases where your inquiry contains civil law claims, the basis for processing will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your personal data will be stored for the time necessary to handle your inquiry, depending on the content of the inquiry. For example, in the case of civil law claims, data will be kept for the statute of limitations period applicable to such claims.
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict its processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Providing your personal data is necessary to handle your inquiry. Failure to provide personal data will result in the inability to process your inquiry.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area and will not be subject to profiling.
